St. Vincent’s One of Six Hospitals Nationally to Receive Advanced Certification in Spine Surgery
The spine program at St. Vincent’s, a collaboration between the Connecticut Orthopaedic Institute and the Ayer Neuroscience Institute, is one of only six hospitals in the country to receive Advanced Certification in Spine Surgery from The Joint Commission.
The certification follows a rigorous review by The Joint Commission, an independent organization dedicated to improving healthcare for the public. The certification recognizes the compassionate, personalized and innovative care the spine program provides to every patient.
