Administrative Fellowship Program

The Hartford HealthCare (HHC) Administrative Fellowship Program is a paid position sponsored by Jeff Flaks, Hartford HealthCare CEO, and supported by Senior Executive Leadership.

We have Information Sessions scheduled for July 2024, as well as in August and September. These sessions are designed to provide you with all the details you need about our fellowship programs.

Description

This project-based fellowship provides the opportunity to work with Senior Executive Leadership on assignments based on organizational need and the individual’s personal interests. The Fellow will gain system level exposure to human resources, quality, operations, performance excellence, planning and business development, marketing and finance.


Eligibility

  • Early Careerists who have completed their graduate studies within the last 5 years
  • Applicants must have a master’s degree (MHA, MHSA, MPH, or related field) or be on schedule to complete their degree before the fellowship start date in June 2025
  • Eligible candidates must be graduates from a program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Management Education (CAHME)

    •    2nd letter must be academic
    •    3rd letter can be personal, academic or professional

  • Unofficial Undergraduate Transcript

  • One-Page Personal Statement (interest in Hospital Administration, career objectives, reason for seeking an administrative fellowship, specific interest in Hartford HealthCare)
