It is always a difficult experience when a friend, family member, or other loved one is hospitalized.

It is our goal to help you feel less stress and be at ease. This section of our website will help you to find all the necessary information to make staying with a family member or visiting a loved on at any of our Acute Care Hospitals as easy as possible.

Caring for our patients is a mutual responsibility among our colleagues, providers, patients and their families. Hartford HealthCare continues to monitor all respiratory infections closely, including COVID.

Although there has been some relaxation of prevention methods in the community, efforts such as universal masking and screening remain in place within our healthcare settings. All colleagues self-screen prior to work arrival and all visitors screen at our entrances.

Please continue to wear your mask throughout your visit as it remains the best way to prevent transmission. Thank you for your partnership and support of our Mutual Care, Mutual Respect environment.
